With a foundation in the British Army and a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, I combine military-grade discipline with academic rigour. After a 12-year break, I have returned to the industry with refreshed Level 3 qualifications and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by modern parents and professionals.

I specialise in creating sustainable, evidence-based fitness programmes that fit into your actual life. This includes my Strength and Conditioning classes, which are designed to build robust, functional power. These sessions are developed for all levels and abilities; whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, I adapt the movements to ensure you are challenged safely and effectively.

From specialised perinatal coaching to inclusive group conditioning, my focus is on helping you find your inner strength and revitalise your health—no matter how busy your schedule.
